| History: When Mojo wanted a star for his Mojo-vision he created Longshot. He was Mojo's main star till his ratings went down then Mojo was going to cancel him. Longshot decided to run, then to be canceled. He teleported to Earth's dimesion and met up with the X-Men. There he met Dazzler, his eventual love interest. Longshot joined the X-Men but shortly thereafter, he learned of what problems the Mojo dimension is having so the X-Men teleported to the Mojoverse. After a brief fight the X-Men presumably killed Mojo. Longshot to stay and become ruler of Mojoverse. Dazzler stayed with him and became empress of Mojoverse. |
| Eventually, however, as news of the Fall of 2000 came to Mojoverse, Longshot felt compelled to help the X-Men as they once had helped him. Dazzler first proposed that she go, but it was decided that was to stay and keep the peace in their home. If anything were to happen, she would continue on his Longshot's place. So Longshot returned to Earth only too late. As the Fall of 2000 drew to a close, he found that he was unable and unwilling to return home, not until the X-Men were restored and vengence was achieved. Longshot remains on the X-Men today, his home away from home. |
